Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information I collect when you visit mohammadshozon.com, how I use it, and the choices you have. The website is run by Mohammad Shozon, a freelance WordPress developer based in Jashore, Bangladesh. In this policy, “I” and “me” mean Mohammad Shozon.
Information I collect
Contact form. When you fill out the form on the Home or Contact page, I collect your name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number (optional), the package you are interested in, and the project details you write. I use this only to reply to your inquiry and prepare a project plan or quote.
Newsletter. If you subscribe through the “Subscribe For Best Offer” form, I collect your email address to send occasional offers and updates. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, or you can write to me and I will remove you.
WhatsApp and email. If you message me on WhatsApp or by email, I receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, number and the content of your message. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to messages sent through that app.
Technical data. Like most websites, my hosting server and WordPress record basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device and the pages you visit. This helps me keep the site secure, fix errors and see which pages are useful.
How I use your information
- To reply to your questions and send quotes or project plans
- To deliver and support the work you hire me for
- To send newsletter emails, only if you subscribed
- To protect the site from spam and abuse
- To improve the website’s content and performance
I do not sell your personal information, and I do not rent it to anyone.
Cookies
This site uses cookies that WordPress and my plugins need to work, such as keeping forms functional and protecting against spam. If I use analytics or advertising tools, they may set additional cookies to measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work properly without them.
Third-party services
To run the site and my business, I use some outside services. These may receive limited information about you when you use them:
- Website hosting and email providers, which store site data and messages
- Google Fonts, which loads the typefaces used on the site
- YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X and TikTok, which I link to or embed; these platforms follow their own privacy policies
- PayPal, cryptocurrency wallets, Fiverr and Upwork, which process payments; I do not store your card or wallet details on this website
Payments and client work
If you hire me, I may need access to your domain, hosting, or WordPress login. I use these only to complete the agreed work, keep them confidential, and ask you to change the passwords once the project is delivered.
How long I keep your data
I keep contact form messages and project communication for as long as needed to complete your project and handle any follow-up support, and then for a reasonable period afterwards for my records. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask me to show you the personal data I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to info@mohammadshozon.com and I will respond within a reasonable time. If you are in the European Union, the UK or a similar region, you may also have rights under your local data protection law, such as objecting to processing or withdrawing consent.
Security
I use security plugins, regular updates and backups to protect the site. No website can be guaranteed 100% secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information, such as passwords or payment card numbers, through the contact form.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and adults. I do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If I change how I handle data, I will update this page and the “Last updated” date above.
